Test Msg received 10/21/14 at 5:10pm: "IT'S bETH AT LEXINGTON LAW. PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL SO WE CAN START HELPING YOU WORK ON YOUR CREDIT. WE ARE OPEN UNTIL 1AM CT 800-461-3852." I am on the Do Not Call list. Why can't law enforcement view this as a serious crime?

This is the same number that called in and was very rude then and was very rude today.

SCAM! Caller said they were from card member services and was offering me to lower my interst rates on my credit card debt. Refused to answer who they represented and when asked for the company name they were calling from, they hung up.

With the name on the caller ID I assume it's a telemarketer. We are on the do not call registry AND my phone company provides a recording when they call. They completely ignore it and call through. It really PI$$ES me off!!!!!! Last night at 5:29 PM this call came in. I know it's nothing but someone trying to sell me something over the phone! I don't do phone purchases and WON'T do phone purchases because of the amount of scams. Every time I've ever purchased something in the past, I've ended up scammed and had to go through MONTHS of trying to get my money back when it wasn't what they said it was. BTDT Won't do it again!!!!!!!!!

Have called several time about a payday loan that i had taken out and never paid for. told him I never took a loan, had no idea what he was talking about. told me to either pay now or legal action would be taken. phone harassment! Also using different names when calling and passing the phone to differnt staff persons acting as managers

I keep getting calls from this number and no one is there when I answer it. Who ever you are please stop it.Thanks

Federal Grant Dept. offering 1 time $7k nontaxable grant to home owner with good credit, no bankruptcy blah blah blah. Need your bank acount. # for direct deposit only. Check can't be sent in the mail. Callers were completely unprofessional, sounded like this was out of country, could barely speak English, and had extremely poor manners.

I have been getting calls from this number at least every other night. Usually between 8:30-9:30pm...They never leave a meassage, and since I do not care to speak to anyone from Verizon, I do not answer.

got the call at 9pm. I missed the call and called cack 10 mins later and it was busy. Called back the number an hour later and it rings to a female voicemail with the inbox full. Next morning another number calls saying I won some mexican cruise?

Calls and hangs up or message says "stay on line for a message" very odd and won't identify themselves.

they have been calling me for several months. I don't pick up numbers I don't recognise. I called them back once because they left a message asking for a man, "Saying that there is some legal issues." They have the wrong number and were very difficult and rude when I called them back. They kept putting me on the phone to different people. I'd like them to stop calling me!
